• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

RDL Seat

That looks pretty good. I have not yet had the chance to see one in person. I would like to test sit one some day.

I have no problem lifting the seat. The access door is cool for some, but it's a ready-access for anyone to open your tank and sweeten the gas a bit. And Jennifer would never sit in the saddle that long without getting off and stretching her legs, and neither should anyone sit that long...blood clots can be caused by poor to no circulation. But, to each his own.

Looks great, Dudley! I hope it feels just as good as it looks. I'm with you on the gas door...I see no need.

:2thumbs: Quality looking seat .You looking to hit those states that you missed last time or is WORK getting in the way.:roflblack: Say hi to Jen. and enjoy your new seat.

You're right on work. Part time is mostly 32+ hours a week! Did 45 on Christmas week! But it's all good. $$$$ in my pocket...until the bills come due...lololol

Very nice looking seat. Can you tell me how much harder or softer than the stock seat that is? Is it heated? I am very interested in a different seat, but the Corbin is a little firm for my baby bottom.....)

It's a little softer than the Corbin, but firmer than the stock. The rider portion is more saddle-like so you get a better distribution of support. The same for the passenger portion. I have about 1500 miles on it and still needs a little more breaking in. Trouble is, I only weigh 144, so what sits on the seat is a bit light to "break-in" the seat quickly!

It is not heated. If it's that cold, I don't ride...lolol

I agree with the passenger getting off when fueling but I mostly go it alone and would like to be able to carry a bag on the seat and leave the trailer at home sometimes. Not very easy without the fuel door.
Thanks for the info on the RDL. It was very useful.
