chrome plating

what are all the pieces i would need to get chrome on spyder? I really like the loook, so far im thinking foot pegs, swingarm, and wheels. am I leaving something out?

I never understood the obsession with chroming everything out, but you might consider handlebars.

Why not spend some time digging through the accessories catalog; it might be easier to pick up the parts rather than have your bike apart waiting for stuff to come back from plating...

Just a thought. If you are going to ride and enjoy this machine, chrome is not the way to go. If it is a sunny day ride OK then. I tell you, it will look beautiful at first but your up-keep maintenance time will go way up if you want it to always look good. There are lots of nooks and crannies for rust to start and some of the easiest finish to maintain is a good coat of paint. Been their, done that. Just my 2 cents. Ride safe…

I was going to chrome the foot pegs. foot rest. brake peddle. shifter, handlebar, took everthing off found out because of the ruff finish that brp has on these parts that the prep time to get them smooth for the chrome plating that it was cheaper to order the parts from brp i have a 2010rt-s

I have never been an all chrome kinda guy, but certain accent pieces im all for . depends what direction you want to go LOL .

I'm serious about it. I agree, I think it would have that ultra shiny mysterious look- is it black or is it chrome thing. I saw a helmet like this and BOOM!!

I am too! I wouldn't want the silver chrome look, but the black chrome,,, well that is another matter. That would look good! You would have to matte out some parts tho or wear really dark shades! That Texas sun would blind ya!
