What would a good price be for a 3 year extended warranty (5 year total) on an RT-S? Also, how much additional is the BEST plus warranty and is it worth it? I was offered the regular extended for $999.

Yes, $750 for three year extention if within either 30 or 60 days of buying the Spyder. Therenis a per year extra fee if beyond a certian date. Bryce was great to deal with.

My best warranty was transfered to me when I bought my spyder used. After I had brake failure 3 times within a short period of time and I finally figured out what this best warranty was I told them to come and pick it up and they said no problem and picked it up and finally fixed it, but I went down there to pick it up myslef. I think it is worth it.

There is a thread that Bert's Mega Mall posted where they list the prices on the warranties I showed this to my dealer and they agreed to match Bert's price.

I paid $800 for the regular extended (3 year) warranty. I may have gotten it for less, but I know where to go if I have a warranty problem or lack of warranty support....my dealer. JMHO

Borne Tx My wife and I are going to bring our spyder with us and spend 3 month (Jan-Apr2012) in Fredricksburg Tx my sister owns the Amish Wharehouse on Main St plan on getting alot of riding in. Maybe see you on the road.
