I didn't make it either. There is a ryde scheduled for 14 August from the Howard Johnsons on Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake. Meet at 900, ryde at 1000.

CORRECTION FOR FIRST SOMEWHAT ORGANIZED RIDE FOR HAMPTON ROADS SPYDER RYDERS

Hey guys, my email was wrong, my age is showing. The ride is Sunday, 14 August. We plan on meeting at the IHOP on Battlefield Blvd, Chesapeake (there is no Howard Johnsons). If you want to eat breakfast get there around 9AM. We plan on going "FEET UP" at 10AM. It will be a fun ride to mingle and get used to each others riding habits. The next "meeting" will be at the same IHOP, 17 AUG at 6PM (1800). Hope to see you all there!!:doorag:

Glad to see your still out there. My weeks are filled with work and I only have Saturdays off. Sunday is short for me, I go to work at 2300 hrs.

Venom, that's me. I just got a second SPYDER, a blue RT with SES. You convinced me that I needed the semi-automatic tranny. Hope we can ride again soon, you make a great Road Captain.

Thank you TwinPeaks. I'd like to do another road trip it's all about timing for me. I don't do much on the net, so it's easier to contact me by phone. I hope to do the Romp in the Swamp again this year. That is some time in late September or early in October. Lots of bikes and a good time for all. Plenty to eat and drink (free) with you fee for the event. I will keep you informed.
