• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Today I had a lengthy conversation with Len from Cowtown.

I have to say - I have not had so much joy talking to anyone from the dealer / service ever as I did talking to Len.

Such a pleasant, knowledgeable, detail oriented gentleman!!!:2thumbs:

Len had returned my call regarding the Performance Spyder.
We have discussed various aspects of Spyders as a whole, service details of Spyders in general and the Performance model in particular.

Len was able to list all the changes in detail between 2010 and 2011 RT from the top of his head easily. What a contrast from any other dealer I had talked to before!

Len has also outlined the perks for the Spyderlovers.com members on the purchase from them. Very generous!

All in all it was a GREAT conversation that cleared up a lot of questions in my head! I felt VERY COMFORTABLE with him!
I felt that Len really cares!

When I sell my wing - I am going to fly out and purchase the Performance Spyder from him. Will make for a great 1,100 miles ride back :thumbup:

Len also assured me that if anything happened to the Spyder on the way home - he would take care of any issues by contacting the dealer along the way and arranging for the priority service.

What more can you ask for???

Way to go Len!!! You deserve all the business you can get!

Len is in fact the man when it comes to Spyder sales, service and innovation (SpyderFest Ltd. Edition, RT-Performance Edition)

I wish all dealers could be like Cowtown so everyone could benefit from people Like Len. I am sure there are many other good dealers out there but not having experienced them, Cowtown is the gold standard as far as I'm concerned :thumbup:

Way to go Len! :bowdown: And LennyO, when you do finalize a deal with Len post it up here and I am sure myself along with the rest of the MO Gang members, we would be love to come down to Cowtown to meet you when you pick up your new ride :thumbup:

Yeah! LennyO Arrange to pick it up on a scheduled ryde weekend and we will have a blast. Will give you the VIP treatment!

And by the way. You are 100% right on Len and Cowtown. There are none better.
 
We were traveling and decided Elka shocks were essential to our new Limited. I called Len and talked at length. He gave us a great deal and the shocks were waiting for us when we got home. It is obvious that Len loves his job and helping Spyder owners. I guarantee you that Len will sell us our next Spyder.
 
Just to add my four cents (2 for me and 2 for John).... Len and Cowtown is the best. I only know that he takes care of his peope and he considers ALL of us his people. You could not go to a greater person or dealer. :clap::clap::clap::2thumbs::2thumbs:
 
Lenny and all the rest of you, I'm nothing special you all are the best! I just do what all of you would do and are doing daily........ It was once said people don't care how much you know till they know how much you care. Thank you all for being so kind. I consider myself extremly blessed to be able be part of such a great group of people and great product. My goal is to always keep it fun, always be on both sides of the counter, and to remember that no one has to buy a Spyder it's a want to so I want to keep it fun an be thankful. Once again all I can say is thank you all so much, your the best. :thumbup:

THANKS LEN, I just completed my 35th year at UPS, yesterday and I think about moving to MISSOURI everyday, because of the way I have been treated by everyone down there. And the town of CUBA,:thumbup: How is the NEW BABY doing? THANKS AGAIN, John (nebraska the parrot head guy):clap:
 
Len is going to cause a housing market boom in Mo.. just so we can keep our spyders running :roflblack:
 
Lol you all are to just to kind once again, yes Lenny I did happen to appear in the a few of the pics........ Didn't have the budget for swim suit models..... Dang it so just me. I think the folks around here do think that it's norm to see spyders all the time lol one day maybe. The RT performance spyders are catching on, I had a guy in our showroom saturday came in and was specifically looking for one.... Didn't know why 2 other dealers didn't know what he was talking about :roflblack:Thanks again everyone
 
If I lived near Cowtown I would buy another Spyder in a heart beat! Unfortuntely not all of us are lucky enough to have such a good dealer nearby.
