While I'm not the biggest fan of Capital punishment, I'd hate to think of my tax dollars being wasted on a :cus: like her... She's tried to wiggle out of this one by telling just about every possible story, and I ain't buying it anymore! :gaah:

Thank God we live in NY Bob... Those Florida huligans will have to pay for her if she goes to jail. No more mods on their Spyders for them ! :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack: I wonder how much money they have wrapped up in this case so far ??? It's got to be a ton. :yikes::yikes:

Well for my first post on this forum I'll wade into this one....

Casey Anthony has been living in a dream world for most of her life. Made-up friends, boyfriends and babysitters.

No doubt that she had been experimenting with drugging the child with OTC depressants for sometime. I'm afraid the last time killed her.

What's so unbelieveable is that she cares so little for anyone else that she has blownup the whole family with this claim of abuse. The jailhouse recordings expose her to the core.

The death penalty is deserved. I think justice would be better served by her spending the rest of her life in prison. Preferably somewhere really nasty. And violent.

I think that she should be mounted over a railing in a biker bar so the drunks can use her as they wish.

Or they could send her to me. :yes:

Welcome to the forum. Very gutsy move for your first post on this topic and I respect that. Your opinion is welcomed here all you want. The only thing I disagree with you is highlighted in bold, only because it's speculation with no proof. All tests were negitive for all substances tested. :welcome:

But if the tape was put on prior to decomposition there would be DNA on the sticky side of the tape. Theres no DNA or prints of any kind on the tape. That tape does not mean anything.

Not completely true... They couldn't find any DNA to sample; degradation from being out in the elements could certainly have ruined whatever was there from a standpoint of getting samples...

Casey's mom just gave testimony that she did the searches for chloroform. WOW !!! Casey might walk for this with reasonable doubt.

Zanny the Nanny said it all. Zanny's are a slang term for Xanex. Works well as a tranquilizer. She was doping the kid while she went out and partied. With no firm cause of death, they cant prove capital murder. She wont get the death penalty, likely 2nd degree murder or 1st degree manslaughter. Out by 30 is my guess.

Actually that is exactly what she should have told the cops. "I gave her small doses of xanax or chloroform with the intention of not killing her, but to have her sleep while I partied. "

The only problem is the greedy lying little "B...H" didin't want to do ANY jail or prison time. (Meaning that she would be convicted of manslaughter and get 15 years) Consequently, she came up with this lame pool story.

Now with all that said, although not realistic, a jury is instructed NOT to form an opinion until ALL the evidence is in and the Court has instructed them. (I know I know that's contrary to human nature) However, that IS the law.

I guess we'll know when they come back.

I have lost touch with this case so I can't really say with any authority, but my gut is telling me that either she did it or she is covering for someone. Either way she is dirty. I just don't think justice is going to be served on this one. I guess we'll see.

Actually it usually costs more to carry out capital punishment than it does to just keep them locked up for life-- due to the extreme court costs of appeals, etc...

And if there is any doubt -- why not keep them locked up just in case a reversal of the verdict was to happen--- can't do that once you off them....

The appeals are costly because lawyers provoke them. They make their $$$ regardless of the outcome. Prosecutors and Judges will make the same amount of money regardless. And she is young. If she gets life in prison we would have to maintain her sorry little :cus: even if she ever gets terminal and needs treatments. So what is more costly?!?:lecturef_smilie: Trust me, I know this...

It's getting down to the wire with the defense witness list and it's not looking good IMO for Casey. This really sucks because I was going to invite her to my house after the trial is over for pizza. :joke: I hope she takes the stand and clears this mess up soon.
