• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just curious if anyone with the turbo kit has run the can-am down the quarter mile. I know stock 13.5 just wondering how the extra hp/tq plays into actual performance.

I put it on myself, wasn't to bad, the airbox was a pita due tight spacing though
I get about mid twenties for mileage but its not an issue for me

Airbox or intercooler? Intercooler right, air filter is on front of turbo isnt it of did they change the design.

Okay got it. I would have thought they would have had a rubber style boot or smaller fitting piece for up there.

would you consider doing this to a daily driver? how about rain is that a problem? :2thumbs: I am interested in doing this upgrade. :chat:

Nope a metal box
Getting those long bolts through the box and threaded into the throttle body was tedious

I changed the muffler mount and the air filter. I used a tbolt clamp on the air filter since someone had one fall off

Mine is a daily driver
I drove it in whatever weather DC had to offer from summer downpours to 20 degree days as long as there wasn't too much ice/ snow on the road
I'm in eastern NC so I hope I don't need the heated jacket as much

It can be done for a daily driver without issues. Only really boosting when into the throttle other then that it has a by-pass valve. I don't think water would be an issue unless maybe you slightly submerge the filter area??

I've driven through alot of standing H2O with no problems
My only issue has been leaking exhaust Y gaskets but I replaced them with the Honda ones and some permatex

is there reliability issues with the turbo? This is starting to look like I could really do it. I drive daily so if I need to replace the clutch or valves or something I may look at going an other way. :dontknow:

Around 10 sec on the 1/4 mile (did documented 9.757 1/200 on Salt Flats in 2010; engine and clutch need to be in 100% working order; cover for the air filter in case of heavy rain. :coffee:
