Lamont are they riding their spyders back or trailer?

Mickey is riding back to Ohio and Faran is flying back with here mom and daughter. Her Spyder will be shipped to her.

I got to say I have two new friends now and I'm sure when you guys meet them you'll feel the same. :doorag::doorag:

Sweet he is riding home :thumbup: should have a great idea of the spyder by the time he gets there... interesting... looks like Faran they put the touring windshield and Mickey the stock RSS shield? also no bags for the ride back ... Mickey sounds hard core, great addition to the Ambassador program..

anyway you riding back with Mickey then? if so, he could have no better Sensei ... quick thought "Remember, a Sensei is just a Grasshopper--all grown-up."

They setup the wrong Spyder for Mickey when we got there, they did change it back yesterday but I think Faran is going to want a windshield too now after riding both.

Mickey will be staying here an extra day and I'll be heading back to San Diego in a few hours. He'll be on his own but I think he'll do just fine. :thumbup:

Wow, Great write up, that's the same parking lot I first tried mine out in. :yes:

So how was it at the Rock Store? Looks like they got there first taste of some twisties.

Did BRP have a professional camera crew to capture the event? If my bike wasn't still in the shop I would have loved
to have joined you. Hopefully there will be another west coast visit. Do Mickey and Faran get a GPS on their rides?

Little rain this morning but is shaping up to be a great day for a ride. You might catch a little going through Oceanside/ Encinitas. Ride safe.

I don't have their gps installed, but I brought my own and I have my iPhone for backup, just in case. I'm going to pick up a tank bag in the morning so that I can keep it in front of me.

I don't know how hard core I am yet, but I will definitely find out this week. And I got some great tips and info from Lamont and Fred for the ride. That was one of the highlights, just soaking up their experience. And, I got to see Lamont's rock star status at the Rock Store. You should have seen some of the guys there when they found out Lamonster was in the house. It was pretty cool.

Great shots of the first day, Lamont! I have so many photos and videos it's taking me a while to go through everything. My mind is still spinning from all that we did. Especially Mulholland and Topanga Canyon. Woohoo!

There are 5 of us that went to the LA area for BRP to do a photo shoot and to get ready to launch a new program for the Spyder. I can't really say much more than that but you'll be hearing all about it at the end of the month.

All I can say is that this approach sure beats a race team...IMO. Have you ever seen a couple of people smile that hard and that much? Good program, good people (old and new), and a good company that put it all together. Looking forward to sharing the excitement of our new additions to the Spyder 5.

:agree: with you 100% on the smiles, program, people, and company. However, if they ever decide to look for race team members I would be sure to throw my hat in the ring for that assignment as well.
