• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Do a search on "nanny" or VSS. Lots of info going back several years.

All of the time I owned mine I hoped someone would figure out how to do this. It seems if you expressed any interest in this you would immediately be lambasted by all of the safety nazi's. If it's been done I'm pretty sure you won't see mention of it here.

If you want to do it permanently and for free , just put the rear wheel sensors on the front wheels. Then the nanny will see no difference in speed between the front and rear wheel and everything will be cool......as long as you hang on! As an alternative, I have installed the sway bay and Penske suspension from Ken at Evoluzione.net. I now can plow into corners to the piont where I just get the off side front wheel off the ground, then it chirps as I straighten out agian. To me, that is fast enough for an old fat guy, but the choice is yours. The system I have does not eliminate the nanny, but keeps her at bay for much longer while I have some fun.

:bdh: But still... It sounds like a fun experiment right up until the :yikes: moment...

Think of it like a 9 volt battery... You know it's wrong, but eventually you're gonna touch your tongue to the terminals... :D
