• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Ok, I'm new and learned long time ago that you can't learn anything unless you ask. So who is Carlo???

He is one of the lead BRP customer service reps concerning the Spyder. I'm both happy and sad to know him as working with him means you are having major problems with your Spyder, your dealer, or the dealer's Spyder service dept.

Never had to deal with Carlo on a BRP basis. Chatted with him some at Spyderfest. Didn't know who he was till Blinc showed the video. He's a real nice guy!

How do you get in touch with Carlo

Today, after my Spyder being in the shop for 3 weeks, I called BRP myself, spoke with a guy named Jonathan. Explained what was NOT happening in the service department, and was told that they would get in touch with the service department and either BRP or the dealership's service department would get back in touch with me.:helpsmilie:

If I don't get this resolved this way, HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH CARLO?

How do I get in touch with Carlo to help fix the problem with my Spyder, which has been in the shop for 3 weeks now.:mad:

Carlo has a sometimes thankless job-- not one I would want. Unfortunately many end up using him as BRP's 'whipping boy'. :(

Glad he became a Huligan.....:doorag::2thumbs:

Carlo was gracious enough to pose with another "Huligan"
