• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Connector Tabs(male flat pin)

How do I connect the 12 volt outlet to the white connector that's above the frunk latch?

Thanks in advance.

The white connector you see(unswitched 12 volts), can be carefully popped out of the framework.
There isn't much play with the wires ,but you can then "unclip" and pull apart the white male connector from the black female connector(violet/orange wire=12v,black=gnd)
You'll need two flat tab terminals(male), the wires from the outlet get carefully crimped into these and then clipped into the white connector.

Part # for tab pins is Tyco Electronics #173645-1
I have 38 of these pins on hand and can send to you and whoever has been looking for them. PM me your address.
i bought complete sets of these connectors and used the unswitched accessory circuit to power the TricLights LED controller. Works great.
