I'm blessed to have Cowtown as my dealer

I hear so many horror stories about member's having problems with there dealership and dealerships closing. It just a shame.. It was a really nice day today so I decided to call Cowtown in Cuba to see if its possible if they could fit me in there schedule for a new tire (not really expecting much right?) well I was told by Dan "Tell you what Joe, you come on up here and we will fit you in, I have plenty of tires", now I know Dan and his crew pretty good but I didn't really expect that.. I took 1/2 day off enjoyed the 45 mile ride up there,, they jumped right on with replacing the tire and off I went back home.. Again, enjoying the ride home.. I would like to say thanks for Dan and his crew so please Len pass that on to them please.. Thank you and I enjoyed our little visit today..

I can't agree more!! Lean, Dan and the rest of the guys at Cowtown are top notch! :2thumbs:  Nothing but excellent service and a good time everytime I am there :D

Speaking of which, too bad you didn't plan for that tire change tomorrow X-Joe. I am going to be there getting some touch up on the paint.

Funny you should talk about Dan. Just talked to him today about coming up to Spyderfest early, could he do a go through on Spydee and change her oil, maybe repack the pipes if I hadn't got around to it. Have the kit.

Dan said, 'We'll fit your in.' He said that before when I came through Cuba and it was a breeze. Actually felt spoiled by the service Cowtown gives.

Joe, Hubby and I have actually talked about moving to Cuba because of the wonderful people there. nojoke

Yazz that would be so cool girl.. Looking forward to meeting you husband one day, is he attending this year?? Yah come on up early, we'll need some help setting up some of the fine tuning things I'm sure, and know you I KNOW you will be right there.. As for Dan and his crew there a bit concerned trying to take care of everyone but I must say they have a pretty good plan in-tact, It is BEST to contact him in advance (Just like you did) so that he can somewhat come up with a schedule and have any special parts if needed.. I'm kind of shooting from the hip a bit cause I'm not in the business but I can somewhat get that feeling BUT, having said that I KNOW that Dan/Len and crew will BEND OVER BACKWARDS to satisfy all, thats just there up bringing you know?? Nice to hear from you Yazz and I look forward to seeing you again.. SO to ALL if you need any special things done with your spYder PLEASE call Dan in advance, lets kind of do our part as well yah know??

The whole family is coming up to Spyderfest this year. :2thumbs:

Hubby and I will be riding in Monday and Son is flying in Wenesday. We'd enjoy to helping out where-ever we can.

Hubby is looking forward to meeting y'all too.

Agree Cowtown is absolutely the BEST. We drive 1.5 hours one way just to have them work on our bikes. I will NOT let anyone else touch them. The Cowtown family (especially Len and Dan) have done so much for us. :agree:

Yazz sure wish you could move to Cuba...!!!:2thumbs:

CowTown is Nuber One!!

Our first time to visit CowTown was during "Spyderfest" 2010. Came in with a slight problem, and even as busy as they were...... they Got-R-Done!
Since then........ Spiderwoman and I have been driving 3 hours + to get the great service and hospitality. At first I thought it was the donuts I dropped off with Dan, but........... it wasn't! :roflblack:
Len & Gang........... keep up the great work !! See you soon!

I consider myself extremely fortunate that I only live 14 miles from Town & Country in Cement City. They're an excellent dealership and treat customers well. They also give me an additional 10% discount on parts for being a veteran which is something I find admirable. As I indicated in a previous post...I bring them home made cookies when I bring Spydie in for servicing <laughing>

Can you send anyone of them up to NY to train our dealers. It took my mechanic it felt like to me a minute, for him to figure out how to put her in reverse !!! So yes, I do have uncertaincies with the quality of our area dealers mechanics. It must make your :spyder2: experience that much more enjoyable with techs like that. CONGRATS !!!

It is good to hear that you know you are blessed to have a good dealership like that backing you and taking care of your Spyder. I am looking forward to seeing it all in person.

You all are far far to kinda....We are the blessed one's to have such a great group of people in our lives that we get to do biz with and ryde with.:ohyea: Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart.

I have to stop reading stuff like this. I have a feeling I may be canceling my flight back home after Spyderfest and riding home with one after spending a bit of time with Len and the boys at the shop.

Maybe I should start outfitting the doghouse right now.

Sounds like it might be a good fall back plan to have ready for just in case. :D
