• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Battery Charging

The Jr. charges at 0.75 amps. A 21 amp hour battery, fully discharged, would theoretically take 28 hours. The charger tapers off as the charge rises, so it can actually take longer. On the other hand, the battery is probably not fully dischraged, so it should take less. If it isn't fully charged in 12-24 hours, check your connections. Do not attempt to loosen or tighten the connections under the seat. The ground connection is readily loosened, and is very difficult to retighten. You will need to remove the bodywork and check (and clean) the connections to the battery itself. If the battery fails to take a full charge after cleaning the terminals and tightening them, have the dealer test it.

The battery reads fully charged. I will test it out later today as it gets warmer and let it run for a little while. I will probably have it on the tender every other week as I generally only ride on weekends. At least until the time change.

:agree: ...at least in winter, or with infrequent use (such as once every week or two. I don't necessarily do it if I ride daily.
