• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

North Carolina Spyders

add one for asheville. pick up saturday, also my daughter in cornelius also picking hers up the same day. that makes two.

Brother and I are heading to MS June 6th or 7th passing through western NC and Smokies... Will be heading back through on the 13th, 14th, or 15th.... So pending dates... we may be able to link up for something. Maybe not as most of our flex time this trip will be during the weekdays.

SN #38 here in Statesville. I put together the first NC ride in '08. We had a good turnout but I never followed up hoping someone else would pick up on it. Sounds like patches may be our man!

There are some great roads north of Greensboro over to Mt Airy in case we want to make the ride in central NC Also, North of Asheville (Hot Springs) there are some amazing roads. We might even be ableto talk our leader Lamont into joining us? And then there is always Western NC where the roads are among the best in the country. Wherever and whenever (hopefully) it comes together, I'm in.

Haven't ridden the Spyder much but I'm rediscovering the fun and excitement I originally had for the "Y"!! It would be great seeing Spyderwoman and Spyder3rdr again plus some new faces.

Let's do it........

Close enough

Count me in. Had my RT since April. Retired USAF. Hope to retire from current job in 2 years.

Sorry for the late reply; I haven't logged in for a while. I'm...err... intimately acquainted with your bike. When I was shopping for my spyder, yours was in the shop for some reason, and the dealer had me sit on it, perhaps to check the handlebar position; I can't really remember. I'll give you a call sometime!
