• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

you're spending every spare minute glued to Spyderlovers. com looking for new posts.:roflblack::D

winter is spent planning trips for the summer

I use the snowy days of winter to plan for trips on the Spyder when it warms up. I spend many hours on Mapquest planning routes, figuring up mileage and sites to see, and generally dreaming of summer rydes. I'm not sure if it helps cabin fever or makes it worse but at least I have something to look forward to when the snow melts.

Hmmm, I don't really have cabin fever so I need to come up with another excuse, besides addiction that is. :D

I hope those of you suffering from PSS get some decent weather headed in your direction soon to at least get a little ryde in.

:agree::agree: Man I am getting anxious to take delivery of our new spyder RTS. Even more torture I canot find an R/C spyder at the local Walmart to drive around the house either:gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::roflblack:

You've cleaned and waxed the :spyder2: so much, the real 8 leggers are using the fenders as a ski run. :spyder:

You know you have cabin fever...

when random brainstorming kicks in. This has probably been discussed before. How would front wheel drive affect the steering and dynamic of the Spyder? I was also just reading an article on molded carbon fiber uniframes for exotic sports cars. Would such a thing be viable for a Spyder chassis to save weight? Again these are just "stuck in the house its cold out daydreams." I spend spare time reading Spyderlovers.com posts, Ebay motors,Cycletrader, and my Fidelity investments report.
:roflblack:;)
