Where does a new owner get a warranty book


A. Is there a warranty book?

B. Dealer should supply

C. BRP should mail

D. Available as a download from xxx?

My dealer leads me to believe that BRP should send me one.

That is an "EXCELLENT" question!!!

Not only do I not have a copy of the base warranty, I can't get a copy of my 36 month BEST warranty!! If you go on the Can Am BRP website and try to look at the warranty info the page comes up blank. I've brought it to their attention and got no reaction.
I have a BEST warranty card and confirmation of road service and notice of $50 deductible for something?????? But NO warranty policy!:dontknow:

Oh yeah, I almost forgot, try to find info on BEST Plus!!:gaah:

The terms of the standard warranty are listed in your Owners Guide. There is no separate warranty booklet. The terms of the BEST warranty are shown in the BEST warranty brochure. Your dealer should have provided you with one if he sold you a BEST warranty. The only thing you get from BRP for the BEST is the warranty card with the road service number...eventually. Your warranty will be listed on every BRP dealer's computer, though, very soon after your purchase.

Thanks for the info on basic warranty.And if your dealer is out of town.... Or gone..... I just want a printed warranty(BEST) book.
