There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Rear Air Bag Shock Leaking?

I have never had an air shock before and picked up my RT last thursday. When I got home the air pressure read 0 in the shock. I aired it up to 65 lbs and the next morning it read 20 psi. Do you have to air the shock often to keep it up or is it leaking. How often does everyone have to air their shocks? Also I cannot get the cruise to set but about once out of 50 tries. Is this commmon?

First, check to see that the valve core in the Schrader valve is tight. The system should not leak down. If it continues to do so, see your dealer for repairs.

I know that some air bladder shocks don't like to be run at real low or zero perssure as it can damage the seals. Not sure if the Spyder shock is like that though.

:agree: My air bag had a very slow leak. I would have to add air about every two weeks or so. I finally got my head out and checked the valve core in the Schrader valve. It was loose and leaking slightly. The only air I add now is probably lost when I check the pressure.

There was a rash off bad shocks ,if the valve isn't loose take it back to your dealer . From what I've read you have to be going a certain speed for the cruise to engage .

There have been several issues with the RT airbags. Replacement of the airbag itself, and/or the top fittings have been covered under warranty.
Mine was like yours, and leaked from the start. After having both the bag and the fitting replaced, it continued to leak. I finally tracked the problem to a faulty fitting on the top of the bag. Once I installed a replacement fitting, I've had no air loss at all.
I don't know if my problem was unique, or whether BRP received a batch of faulty fittings, but have your dealer take a good look at the fitting itself before he installs it.
