Spyderfest 2011

We will be leaving Las Vegas, NV on sunday morning the 24th of April. Time to be debated as I get excited before a trip. Ryding to Flagstaff. Spend night at Hampton Inn. 25th ryding to Albuquerque, spend night at Hampton Inn. 26th ryding to Amarillo, spend night at Hampton Inn. 27th, ryding to Tulsa, spend night at Hampton Inn. 28th, ryding to Rolla, spending next three nights at Hampton Inn. On the 1st, I will try to find way home by a different trail. As we are and never will be in a hurry, this is the reason for a four day trip to Cuba, MO. My only problem is sleep. I get so excited that I can hardly get to sleep, starting now as we have just finished making our reservations. My wife thinks I'm nuts. I try to explain that at 65 not a lot of things get me excited. Trips do and of coures she makes me very excited. If anyone wants to meet on the way, let me know. See everyone there.

Just so you know, on Thursday there will be a ride just for the ladies to the Lake of the Ozarks ( a bus will also be provided for those who are not riding) for shopping and lunch if you make it in earlier. In addition, there will be optional rides to choose from on Thursday.:2thumbs:

I'm the same way Bro. I found out a long time ago if I can't sleep just get up and get some work done. I never sleep good before a big trip till I get on the road and then it catches up with me.:shocked:

Yes, Jim is right. We have a ladies ride to the lake with shopping and lunch planned, should be a great time. Also have shuttle bus for all thos who rode to up and still want to Go and the bus to also bring back all the girls bounty. Just the ladies ride is on Friday right after the pancake breakfast at the main tent!
