• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Toyo Proxes R888

http://toyotires.com/tire/pattern/proxes-r888

They have sizes for the front and rear. These would be plenty sticky!

1.- i can't see front size there at all:dontknow:
2.- they are car Tyres, not motorcycle tyres:lecturef_smilie:
3.- look fantastic:2thumbs:
4.- will i use them? no way, need motorcycle tyre compound! - which heat up fast under light weight and stays hot (chill slow) for long.

compound of the tyre is the major in what the tyre is going to be used for

DragonLorD... there are a number of folks using car tires on this machine... and have been for several years.

Car tires are, IMHO, more applicable for this non-leaning machine than M/C tires... there is no need for dual compound tires on a machine which doesn't lean. You can get car tires in varying degrees of "stickiness"... from not very to a lot.

Just my $0.02.

You ain't riding a motorcycle dude it's a three wheel sports car and those stock kendas need a blow torch to put enough heat in them not to mention the sidewalls need a script for Viagra

Nice, but as was mentioned, no replacement size for the front... unless you remove the fenders... which I will not.

Nah, 185s will fit under the fenders. Just need a little adjusting. Anything after 185 and a different fender option would have to be applied. I'm with you in that I like having fenders on the front, so 185/60-14 is the best I will be able to do for now.

:agree:

I remember I once had an older VW Golf that was all tricked out for auto-crossing and I installed a set of BF Goodrich type R tires on it. I don't think I even got 10k out of those tires but it was a very fun 10k at least when it wasn't raining. Those things almost felt sticky they were so soft. :2thumbs:

Swwwwwweet! I know you don't get much yield out of em, but they are fun while they last! Dunlops are like that to a degree...
