• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Still not 100% sure if we will put this mold into production, as there is no "user friendly" way to get power to these light in an easy to do quality manner.

A "Mickey Mouse" wiring job for a do it yourself project many people might do at home will not cut it for a Street Magic product.

If we can't come up with a clean, professional and easy for the average person to do way of brining power to these lights, we may still not bring them out?

So as of right now we're still debating on if we want to invest the huge money in the mold to do this one.

I hear what you are saying and agrees that running wire down the inside of that steel bracket is the tricky part. I am using these little (approx. 1cm x 1 cm) foamed back wire keeper (for AM radio antanna wire off the entertainment center found in radio shack) on the inside of my side panels to keep the LED wire in place. I've also seen sticky-back wire zip-ties somewhere to secure wires to frame. I'll keep my eyes out for ideas. Be happy to beta test it for ya once you get to that point.

Still cant ryde for a while, but I did spend some time sitting in the garage wiping the fingerprints off the spyder and staring at the new Brightsides.....Man, I wanna ryde.:clap:

Package deal?

I meant "Christmas tree" in a very good way! I would love to outfit my RTS with the whole enchillata: tips, sides/front and rear, rear etc...... It would be cool to be able to purchase as a package deal though. I will definitely be doing this as a winter project along with the scuff guards.

PLEASE... No More!! I already have to find a part time job to pay for the light mods!:gaah:

And, no...I'm not going to work for Doc and his band of lap dancers.:doorag::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

:agree:
Exactly what I was thinking... Love to do three or four of these (Already have their third brake-light) when my 2011 is delivered. But would have to choose only two of them for a while as is...

I do realize they need to make money and pay for everything they do to even get these to us. Not to mention the quality of their products is almost 2nd to none...

I was almost creamed yesterday on my right side from a Cadi driver (for the first time ever on this RT BTW). I am sure these lights would have reduced that issue. We are pretty dark on the sides of these RT's in stock form..

Front and rear? Nope wonder lights with the 3rd installed to help the taller rigs see us...
