The TricLED lights I had been waiting for arrived, and are now installed on my Spyder. I still have a couple of more things I would like to do with lighting, but this definitely goes a long way in making my Spyder even more visible. Since I know how much everyone likes pictures, let's get to it. The still pictures were taken in daylight conditions, while the video was done after sunset.
I have the amber LED fender tip replacement light installed:
This is a close up of the front fender where the amber TricFenderz install:
This is the rear view of the fender with the TricFenderz and ESI LED Mud Flap lights installed:
I installed white rings around the stock headlights.
This is what they look like when off:
This is what they look like on:
This is what you see from the side:
I used amber rings around the BRP fog lights.
This is what they look like when off:
This is what they look like on:
Here is a side view:
We used another set of the amber fender lights and placed them under the side body panel:
I also had email and phone conversations with Reggy about wanting red lights for the back of my Spyder, that would function like the running/brake lights. He went to work on that idea, and came up with these 12" red strips. I should have drilled the under seat pan, and installed them with the wires at the bottom; however, they are not as noticeable when you step back from the Spyder:
Wiring them in was fun, as they came with 3 wires and 2 of the wires have very small inline diodes on them. I bought Posi-Tap connectors for making the connections. The Spyder looked a little like Frankenstein's Monster at this point, but it all worked out in the end:
We also got one of the Puck lights for each of our Spyders. These things are small, but put out a surprising amount of light. Mine is mounted in the top center section of the trunk.
This is turned off:
This is on and shining nearly straight down:
This is with it rotated on its base some, and pointing into the corner of the trunk:
Overall the installation was straightforward. In my case I also have the 4 zone control box with remote, so routing the wires took the most time. I placed the headlight rings in zone 1, fog light rings in zone 2, and side panel lights in zone 4. I have other lights coming later for zone 3. The TricFenderz are wired into the fender tips lights, and act as turn signals, along with the Day Runners and Mud Flap Lights, as I have the ESI Fender Tips Kit installed. I was able to use the existing Posi-Tap connector to make that connection.
No animals or children were harmed during the making of the following video:

So, as stated in the title of this thread, Can You See Me Now?
