• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Question about Phantom Kit

I wanted to ask those who purchased the phantom panel kit (not purchased the Spyder with the kit already installed)... did it come with the reflectors on the front fenders and the BRP emblems on the tail and hood??

Just wondering.

Thanks!

I wasted money buying the Phantom kit when I purchased my Spyder because, 6 months later, I decided I wanted it to be a 100% gloss black POW*MIA theme to honor 13 friends all of whom were Vietnam POWs.

So, my suggestion, after my experience and seeing all of the the other body mods posted on here, is to wait until you have really settled on a design scheme. You may end up like I did. There's no rush!

How's the back coming, Irish? (Sorry for the hijack.)

Soooo, thinking of switching over to the dark side, are we? :D I like the Phantom kit too! A tad too pricey fr me though. I shall remain Jedi White! :roflblack:

LOL! Nah, this is for my husband's Spyder. That's what he wanted. He used his $1,500 accessory certificate for a comfort seat and the phantom kit. So it didn't cost us anything.

Mine is going to stay Quantum Blue. :)

phantom kit

My kit did. I purchased when they first came out. One cool thing to do once you have the phantom kit is to mix and match with your other kit i.e. My bike has phantom hood and side pods with silver fenders, my second bike has yellow hood and side pods with phantom black fenders.:2thumbs:
