• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I hope those guys in Canada appreciate what it's costing me to go to their event.

Lamont!

When will you be here in Canada? I'd love to see you before I deploy overseas!

As for the food, try a good Poutine from a place called "La Belle Province". You won't regret it!

Cheers!

V.
If all is well I should be there on the 29/30

Found out my passport expired in April of this year. I had to go through one of those passport expediting services to get it back in time for the event.

  • passport photos $10 bucks
  • passport fee $170 bucks
  • expedite fee $200 bucks
  • next day delivery of paperwork $30 bucks
So I'm into it a little over $400 bucks right now but I'm sure it will be worth it. :doorag:

You forgot the FEDx fee to ship package to the expediter.
Plus Gas, Food, motel, entry fees.

If our Borders to the North are anything like our Borders to the South, you may be able to find a place in say like, North Dakota and make a break for the line and gun it!

No, you're going the wrong direction. Our borders are only porous coming in, if you try to go the other way, either Mexico or Canada, you'll be VERY SORRY!

That's because American's don't run the show going the other way.

Illegal's can't vote in either Canada or Mexico (like they can in the US) so there isn't any reason for them to feed, house, cloth, transport or doctor you on the taxpayer dollar like they do here.

Instead, they hunt you down like a dog, jail you and treat you very badly so you don't want to come back.

It's an amazing concept! Sovereign borders with penalties for those that break the law. Oh, be still my heart!

Actually we catch them and let them open 7-11's and send them off to MED school.
