• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We should arrange a day and time and meet up at Town & Country Sport Center in Cement City, MI. They have a great restaurant next door, the Artesian Wells. In addition, a lot of great places to ryde!

a meet up there sounds good to me. Prefer not to be when a Nascar race is happening, way to crowded in the area to be enjoyable. That is the dealer I bought mine from.
 
Michigan/Indiana Gathering

I proposed a Michigan gathering a few days ago..Proposed a Saturday meet/ride from the dealership to Hell, Michigan and back. The 21st is the date in mind..after the nascar crowd is gone. The dealer is Cement City Town and Country Sport, where I bought my spyder. Can-Am will be there on the 18th/19th as part of thier demo tour. Wish it was for the 20/21st but we can have a fun ride without them. If anybody's interested, send me email at [email protected] or leave a note here. I'll put together the event day if I see that anybody's interested. A side note..If you're ever in the Jackson area, let me know...we'll go out riding.

If you can't make the 28th, let me know. I should be free on the 21st and I'm always up for a ride. My routes often take me through Hell (MI, that is) and the road was recently repaved. It's not good, but it's better. We were on it this past Sunday. Lots of nice roads in the Waterloo and Pinckney Recreation Areas, too.

I'm going to defer trying to set up a date..it looks like there's other attempts to make it happen so I'll watch to see what date everybody decides on and I'll show up for the ride <laughing>. I'm glad to hear the road into Hell has finally been repaved, it was really getting bad entering from the west side of town. As I said before..if you're in the area and just want to ride, just send me an email or leave me a note and I'll show up. I'm retired and nothing else to do except ride. Don't tell my wife though, she'll have a different opinion regarding my "nothing else to do" statement.
 
dltang and I might be able to meet up in the Pinckney / Hell area but I don't think I'd want to ride all the way to Cement City.

Okay-- Cement city is 1 hour from Hell.

Perhaps meeting up in Cement City and then ryding up to Hell as a group and meeting you guys up there?

The reason I said that was I thought the plan was to meet in Cement City and then ride to Hell. Not sure that I wanted to tack on an extra two hours of riding for that day / event.
