Who wants ice cream????

Well we have been talking about this for almost a year now. Weather permitting, on July 11th we are going to make a run from Albany to the Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory in VT. I will be getting ahold of B&J next week to let them know we are coming. Depending on how many bikes show, they will rope off a special parking area for us. If anyone is interested in going, let me know and I will let you know when and where we will be leaving from. Doesn't matter what you ride only as long as you ride.:2thumbs:

I love Ice Cream, would love to go to the Ben & Jerry's factory but out of weekends for a while.

We will be leaving the Albany area @ 9AM Sharp (ie my house). I have a tour scheduled for 1:30pm at Ben & Jerry's. This should give us plenty of time to get to the factory allowing for potty and stretch breaks. :clap::2thumbs:

Anyone interested, please let me know and I will give you the address or a spot on the route to meet up with us.

Just as a heads up, the scheduled route looks to be:

Route 7 west thru Troy
to Route 22 North
to Route 22a North
to Route 4 east
to Route 100 North to Waterbury.

Hopefully we can get a few more to ride up with us. This is not a Spyder only ride. We have a variety of makes going on this and it is just for run!hyea:

B&J Tour

Did the BJ tour about 10 years ago..it's definitely worth going to...an additional perk is that on the opposite site of the interstate there's a homemade chocolate factory and it's terrific...possibly better than Ben & Jerry's.
