Hey MOLEE, G-MAN, JOE, BUMBLE BEE. I know were doing a prade and a ryde this Saturday from the store to Caboal a prade, then to the game ranch in Wynona mo....just trying to get the times and some of the small details worked it if you you posted, time would be great! Thanks gang...I think mike best a nd few others will be going with us aswell:2thumbs:

it wouldn't be a ryde with out the Queen. anything you want is fine the hummer is going to be following with a full cooler and snackes!!!! lol got to have thos and there grilling there for us so you don't have to bring anything but whatever you want to is great!......now we just need g-man or MoLee or Joe to tell us when and where.....also have to get Spydegene on board......time to start teasing him till he shows!!!

Ok I can see a busy day. We have options on this and hopefully G-Man will jump in on this since he has more info than me. Freedom of the road riders are meeting at 0800 with a departure of 1000 here in St Roberts they are doing a charity ride down to Cabool and then visiting the moving wall and riding in the parade at 1300. We could join them or get together and roll on our own to Cabool. I would like to visit the Wall and then do the parade, any thing else I'm in. I believe there is a 21 second rolling thunder planned during the parade at the memorial. There might be an issue as to when the parade gets over, we will need to hustle to Winona and I suspect we will be riding home in the dark. We may need to consider the route back from Winona as well I'm thinking Hwy 19 up through Salem. I would not have my feelings hurt if you all decided to skip the parade and go straight to Winona but this parade is important to me and my plan is on two wheels and those who know me know why.

Likewise!! Didn't have much time to chat when I met you with you and your hubby getting ready to hit the road to Chicago, didn't want to hold you guys up

I made the order for the LDComfort sleeves I told you about, just waiting for them to arrive which will likely be next week. For now I just use my jacket. Yes it is hot at times when ryding but I feel better knowing that if for some reason I take a fall off the Spyder, I have some protection. Of course I could just slow down a bit but where's the fun in that!

If it were not 1,000 miles I would be there! We are still planning to attend Spyder Fest 2011!!

Ok-- Let me throw this out there,,, I am not really interested in riding down with the locals, nothing against them what so ever, so my plan is to be at Exit 156 or 159 I can't remember off of I-44 at 0900 hrs,,( our normal spot Kum and Go) I will then proceed down Highway 17 and into Houston MO---eat some breakfast there---link up with Mike in Houston and then proceed to Cabool from there (probably just to check out the event), now I'm thinking should be in Cabool "hanging out" at about 11:00 or so,, the whole parade doesn't excite me to much, I could go either way with it however, I would like to get to the lodge for the whole site seeing adventure and the activities at the lodge,,, I figure if we (or maybe just I) can be there like say 1:00 O'clock that should be plenty of time to jump on the ATV"s and go see the Buffalo -- Elk and other animals on the land.. Eat some chow, swim a bit I suppose,( I'll jump in this time Len, promise) socialize some and be on the road about 6:00 therefore none of us will be traveling at night,, if this time line works for you folks let me know but this is kind of what I'm looking at... What cha all think? If this sounds good lets role with it, Len you can handle the final details with the Winona (tour guide)..

PS: Lisa is still undecided at the moment, just to let ya know..

THe Cabool Independance Day Parade is 3 Jul. We will meet at the American Legion Hall, I-44 exit 161 North Outer Road.

Get off I-44 at Exit 161. Go North to the intersection and turn east. Big blue building on the left. Call me (573-512-1419) and I'll meet you at the exit.

We will be meeting at the Legion Hall at 0800 (8:00 am) on Saturday. KSU (PBO) at 0830.

It’s about a two hour ride to Cabool. We will meet the main body at the parking lot adjacent the intersection of Ozark Road and Hwy 63.

Staging: Starts at 1115 hours.
Briefing: At 1215 hours.
Standby: At 1250 hours.
KSU: At 1300 hours.

Once completed, we will go up to the high school where the Moving Wall will be on display. We will stop over the memorial on the black top road and salute the memorial with a rolling thunder for 21 seconds.

Do what you want Joe. I have a commitment to the Legion Riders who may want to attend this event, and participate in the parade. Others indicated the interest in joining, so I have provided a time-line. In order to participate in the parade as a group (ALR) we will need to arrive together and remain together. If your time-line doesn't match, so be it. When you get there, try to meet up with us.
