• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

COWTOWN USA (long story but good)

They may not be as big as some but they have a big heart and a love for the Spyder and the folks that ride them. Can't wait for the BIG event next year. :doorag:
And they are hooligans friendly...:roflblack::thumbup:

I understand Fun On Wheels, Frederick ,Maryland is no longer a Can-am Dealer!!

It looks like they moved while I was on my cross-country trip. They were in Frederick but their website now lists their address as 10740B Woodsboro Road Woodsboro MD 21798. I have a call into them to confirm that they are still a Can Am dealer

You guys really do rock. I've seen it first hand. To those dealerships that don't perform like this, learn a lesson from Cowtown. They'll be around for years to come because they get it! Good Customer Service is the key to survival. To those who don't believe this, take a good look at your lack of repeat customers and you can see just what good customer service creates. Customers for life who, when asked, recommend that place where people are treated right. To last in this business, what people say about how they were treated after the sale, determines the length of your future. Kudo's to Len and Cowtown.

It occurs to me when I read this thread - the sign of a good dealership is that it's a place you look forward to going to, just to hang out, no service or purchase needed! I have a 2 wheeler dealer in St. Louis like that (Donelson's) and that's the way Cowtown is, too! I plan on contacting them soon regarding some minor "tune-ups" and plan to do so to coincide with one of their monthly rides. It's worth it to me to pay for an overnight hotel room just to enjoy their friendly attitudes - plus I'm confident I'll be well taken care of! I didn't buy my Spyder from them because I wasn't aware of them until this year's ride-in but I will try to plan all my future service with them.

I confirmed today that Fun On Wheels is still a Spyder dealer and service center. They have been having phone problems since moving into their new building
