• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

isn't that a just a m109? "Run what you BRUNG"
is what we do at the strip up north. Cash is king and Doc is holding the crown at the Cuba track right now. Hopefully we will can improve our track plan.

When is Doc getting his turbo unit? :yikes:

Just an M109? Well, it's an M109R actually. I know someone could bring something faster but this should do fine against a Spyder. I though cheating was allowed!? :dontknow:

How is your motor repair coming along?

I just have to say here, what's up with this Spyderfest 2011 ?

Why do we have to wait until 2011? What is everyone doing next weekend!? :D:D:D

Still haven't heard anything...I may go with plan B:

:D

I was wondering if anybody had done this yet? There is a new speed shop in one of the small towns close to me. I stopped in and talked to the guy for a while. He thinks we can hide a 2 pound can under the rear cover, and just use a small shot with the stock pistons without hurting anything. I know it will not increase the top end speed of the Spyder, but it may help me get there a little quicker. :D

Are there any downsides to this route?

Stock pistons are cheap cast units, not forged. What are you going to do for the extra fuel delivery for when your are on the NOS?

I have NOS on two of my bikes now, easier than it looks to get set up right.

I am kind of hoping the Juice Box Pro will help with the rest of the fuel mapping? :dontknow:

Right now I am just curious as this is all new territory to me. :D

I started a new thread on this in Shop Talk in an attempt to not hijack this thread, and take it too far off course:

I will find out on tuesday about the main shaft issue.

The reason i say just a m109 is that a guy I was in the guards with had one and he thought because of the big motor it was FAF and well I had to help him with some clarity on the bottom and top end. I let him ride my 02 r1 at the time and yeah the 109 is fast for a lumberwagon and like anything if you put enough time and money into it you could get it fast but it is not really made for that.

But I will take on anything, always good to learn a lesson.

Well, I didn't say I wanted to go against an R1 with my M109R, just Spyders. I know my 109 will take my Spyder in the 1/4, even more if we stretch it to 1/2 mile. But it is what it is and it ain't no R1.

No matter how big a gun you bring to the fight, someone will show up with a bigger one! :yikes:

I guess we'll just stick with Spyder on Spyder... :ohyea:

we can do whatever ya want. my zx12 would destroy the r1 I had.

Either way it would great to plan something everyone can do with less of a chance that law enforcement would have a issue with it.

Any tracks close to cuba that are down with the idea?
