Front Turn Signal Out

I have identified the problem as failure of the RH front flasher unit and purchased a new one. I can't for the life of me figure out how to install it. Some where I read it comes with instructions. It did not. I went to the BRP instructions site, they deny knowing the part, me, anybody in my family, or my little green pet bird.

The part is Can-Am 710001511

Any help would be appreiciated, thanks in advance.

Like most spare parts, they don’t come with instructions as they assume they are for a dealer and hence they have access to the factory service manual.

You could ask your dealer if they would be so kind as to let you look at their hard copy of the service manual, or purchase a service manual as an investment if you intend on doing future repairs yourself.

We had an Amazon Blue Front, Barney. Barney was a rescue and came to us at around 35 years old. Barney was neglected and stuck in a back room of a house all alone. Someone at work put me together with the person who owned Barney and I took him home.

When I was growing up, we had a Blue Front named Lodo (that's parrot in Portugues. My mom was from Brazil), We had Barn for around 25 years, and I loved that bird dearly. He wasn't at all friendly when we got him, but he came around to loving me too, after many a bite, him biting me. lol

Hey Sandee. Yeah, there are no instructions for installing that part. However, a good reference is the instruction for installing that chrome mirror cover that used to be an accessory. Below is a link. It shows you how to open up the mirror without breaking anything…hopefully. Once you get the cover off, then how to swap out the flasher should be evident. Good Luck.
