There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
2026 Sea to Sky - cannot find the Battery Tender Pigtail - any ideas???

The battery is in the frunk, so open it, then unzip the lining, and see if it's there.
You may even want to remove the battery cover to see if it's hidden behind it.

When I bought my 2022 S2S I bought one thinking I'd have to put it on, but the dealer put one on, probably the same time they replaced the battery, because the crappy Chinese battery was probably dead in the crate
Some dealers install them, some dealers don't.
Some dealers who otherwise wouldn't install one on each new Spyder/Ryker they sell, will install a charging pigtail on individual Spyder/Rykers IF the new owner requests they do so, and possibly will only do so if the new owner pays for it too...
Going by what has been posted here, many other pigtails are installed on Spyders/Rykers by their new owners (you could search 'pigtail' or even 'pig-tail' with the 'Search titles only' checkbox ticked to read up on some of the discussion...
) Sounds like you were lucky with getting a pigtail installed pre-delivery on your 2020 RT-L, not so lucky with your 2026 S2S... If I was in the States and anywhere near you, I'd be interested to know if you used the same dealer or a different dealer for both of your Spyder purchases? Or was one/both of your Spyders a second hand purchase?
