• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Your Favorite Spyder Photo

Hi everyone. There are some GREAT photos in this thread - keep 'em coming!

I can't wait to post a picture of my own Spyder.... However, as I understand it, the shipment with my Spyder on it has been delayed - they are waiting for some new Ski-Doos to be manufactured and placed in that same shipment before they send the truck on its way. Waiting is the hardest part. :(.

Keep the cool pictures coming! :)
Cheers

It's actually a giant bee.
It's in Fahler Northern Alberta.
For some reason there are a lot of bee keepers in the area and honey seems to be their gross domestic product.
It's not as nice as the giant Ukrainian Easter Egg in a nearby town!
Next to that town is one called Vulcan and you can just imagine!.....

It sounds like you have plenty of opportunities for entries into the photo scavenger hunt then. :D

Not sure if this is my favorite, but I sure do like it.

This is my favorite; taken on the last ride before storing it for winter. I rode out to my grandparents grave sites, and thought it would look like a good picture.

Of the ones I've taken, this is my favorite. It looks to me like the Spyder is waiting for the rain to stop and just itching to get back on the road.

That is a cool picture as well, where was it taken?

Thanks motorcyclemama, we actually live out in the middle of the woods and the picture was taken in our yard. :)

When we went out to LA, Smokster took us on some great canyon rides the day before the event, this was at one of the turnoffs. Thanks for taking the picture Greg. Maybe he can chime in an tell you exactly where that is.
