We have 2 09 SE5s and I have no problem recommending them whatsoever. I also tell them they may want to look for an 09 model, especially now that the 10s are coming out.

The bigger thing I would like to know is if anybody that ever asked you questions about your Spyder has bought one. So far I do not know of any new Spyder owners that I talked to before they bought theirs.

I have an 08. Had a chance to get and 09. I saved $2500 at the time. Glad I did. No problems with the 08. Yes, its an SE. Knock on wood.

08 SM5 no major problems yet. When someone asks me about the spyder I always tell them -it's nothing but fun - get one and we can be a gang of 2. Need more spyder riders in Oregon. Almost a year of riding (11,000 + miles) and I have yet to meet another spyder while riding mine. :thumbup:
