Cannot get the rear seat off; and not getting power thru rear trunk USB Power Port - any ideas?

Hello all. I'm new to the Spyder world, I just bought a 2017 F3T SE6. I'm having 2 issues, and I'm looking for help.

1. Getting the rear seat off - I understand that you have to push down on the key and turn to the right, but I cannot get the seat off. Is there another way?
2. I'm not getting any power through the USB port in the trunk. I cannot locate any burnt fuses, but I found the 2 fuse boxes in the Frunk. Is there another box anywhere?

I'm hoping this group can help, and also, I'm located in Connecticut and wouldn't mind finding some local riding people.

Hello! Not sure about the 2017 but on my 2023 F3 Base I found that the bike had to be running for power to appear at the rear.
