• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hey guys, I'm getting all sorts of different Yuasa battery types - Anyone know the correct replacement battery for my 2019 RT Touring? Is this one correct?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, that's the one that came with my Spyder. I ordered it from Amazon last year. That's a good price too.
I keep the battery on my 'tender charger' during my colder months.

NO, that battery is NOT RECOMMENDED for Spyders by BRP. That is a dry ship, bottle supplied battery and unless you are very comfortable with the activation proceedure (not just filling) it will not last long in the Spyder. The Spyder charging system is NOT set up to initialize a freshly filled AGM battery. There is a BRP service bulletin stating these reasons NOT to stock and use that battery.

You want the Yuasa YTX24HL, not the one with the -BS on the end of the part number. The correct battery is factory activated and comes ready to install in your Spyder.
