• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone else going to the Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally this year?

Wife and I are going from here in PA. We did Maggie Valley last summer and will do Deadwood this summer. Have been looooooong time Harley riders but due to health issues now on 2021 RT Limited and love it.

There are a bunch of us from Minnesota that have a house rented in Lead this year 7-7 to 7-12
all of us are not registering for the rally as we are out there to ride. 6th time out.

Only if they have a bunch of vendors - their last two years were a bust!

My sweetheart and I are going. It will be part of our cross country adventure. We went to the rally in 2021 and had a great time.

Registered, got my hotel reservation at the Travelodge.
I broke down, got the Megatech license, and I can relax.
I'm going to bring my laptop with the BUDS Megatech on it. Anyone who wants to disable DESS on a 2014-2017 Spyder, contact me there.

I have been to 4 of them and enjoyed every one. Conflicts this year be so I won't be there. Hopefully next year. Enjoy yourself all who are going.

Just an update on Hwy 385 construction - Drove back from Deadwood this afternoon. The last 2 miles before Hwy 44 are now torn up, so there is loose, coarse gravel; potholes; and slow going. Doable, but not fun and my Spyder got dirty. Hwy 385 is closed from the North Pactola Boat Ramp to the Dam; so the only ways to get to the Central Hills from Deadwood are either down Hwy 85 to Newcastle, or through Rapid City.

No shortage of GRASSHOPPERS in my over 2200 mile ride to and from DW3

Made a few trips down to the fair grounds, No Spyderpop's but more vendors that have nothing to do with Spyders
weather was great, 385 North of 44 a mess for about 4 miles.
