• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is there any way to Reset codes on a 2024 S2S?

On the older RT's you could see the codes and then press right, and it would reset the codes. Useful for temporary codes like when the battery was disconnected etc.

So is there a way to do this on the 2024 S2S and the 2024 RT/F3's?? You can see the faults, but I don't see any way to reset them. THAT would be a worthwhile thing to have (without having BUDS/BUDS2 etc).

This is the first post I've read where someone says there was a way to clear a code. I've never seen it or heard of it. I think that's why you aren't getting replies. I'd love to see a video of this "resetting" of a code on the old ones.

To the best of my knowledge, it's never been possible on any year Spyders - including the 2024.

From long tine ago my old 07’
turn the ignition switch to the on position - scroll with the mode button on the front of the left multifunction switch until "engine hours" is displayed on the cluster.
start the engine and run until the check engine light illuminates or another fault message is displayed.
while the engine hours are being displayed, push and hold the mode button on the front of the left multifunction switch.
push the high beam/low beam/flash high beam switch to the "flash high beam position" rapidly 5 times - record any codes displayed on the cluster.
release and press the mode button to cycle through additional codes.

note: only active codes will be displayed on the cluster, the engine must either be running with an active code or cranked until a code is set. cycling the ignition switch to the off position will cause the code to become occurred and no code will be displayed on the cluster.

There is one SURE way to clear them codes, take to the dealer, or find a person with BUDS that can do it for you! There are a few out there that have the program, but even then, I would have a hard time not paying the person that bought the program and taking the time to help me out!!! (y)
