I have a 2020 F3 Ltd that I bought used last October. I assume it has air suspension but cannot locate the Schrader valve. I have a friend that owns a 2022 F3 Ltd and her valve is in plain sight under the passenger seat. Can any 2020 F3 Ltd owners elaborate?
Nothing in the owner’s manual and nothing in the shop manual. I was just curious because my friend’s ‘22 F3 Ltd has a Schraeder valve under the passenger seat.
Have you checked your owners manual ????? ...Mike
I was going to ask what a Schraeder valve was? But if it's the bladder under the seat, that's where you will easily find it.
If yours adjusts automatically, then it will not have the manual adjust feature (Schraeder Valve). One reason that everyone should always be sure any advice given is applicable to their particular machine. There are many versions within the same model and year. Not to mention major differences over the span of Spyder production.
The 2020 F3 limited I owned did not have a Schraeder valve since the suspension was self leveling.
The manual for my F3 says that a 2023 F3 Limited does not have a Schrader valve under the seat since it has a compressor that auto levels the machine.
With that said, there's a table of sorts that tells gives you the PSI spec that you should air up the valve to, there's even one under the passenger seat. Ok then...
Have I read that right, Albec? You have a Schraeder valve under the seat of your ‘23 F3 Limited, but your manual says you don’t have one? There goes my theory that BRP have left them off the ‘20+ F3-L, but still include them on the ‘20+ RT-L :gaah:
The plot thickens :dontknow:
