• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What is the PBM fuse on a 2014 RSS?

PBM stands for Parking Brake Module.

But, I thought an RS had a foot operated Parking Brake, and I don't see a fuse labelled PBM in the on-line Owners Guide for a 2014 RS.

So, ????

It has been just a little while since I've had a 2013+ RSS in here, but didn't the foot parking brake the earlier GS/RS Spyders had get changed to the electric/switch unit when all the Spyder models went to Brembo Brakes as part of the 2013 upgrade?? :dontknow:

Could be. But as I was reviewing the operator’s guide and the shop manual for a 2014 RS, I saw no mention of a switch or fuse, unless I completely missed it. ST yes. RS, not so much. But anyway, the OP got the answer he wanted. PBM = Parking Brake Module. The rest was just my curiosity, trying to connect the dots.
