• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Added a pair of TRICLED side vent turn signals to my 2021 F3T

Really happy with how it came out. Decided to mount them in the higher mounting position so that they would be useful during the day, instead of just as a glow indicator at night. VERY happy with how they came out! As a rider, the spine of the bike blocks the LED from my view so all I see is the reflection while riding, but anybody off to either side, or behind, gets the benefit of the full LED strip.

To each their own - the light as a rider is a diffused glow on the "shoulders" of the bike at night. The actual light strip is not directly visible from my position while riding and I like the side glow - also, in the last two weeks it seems like there are far fewer people at night drifting into my lane when I'm next to them (fair amount of 4+ lane highway riding up here at night).

to Pieman's question - the SHAD 58X is very nice. Built well, water tight (proven in the rain the other day), much quieter than the Can-Am/GIVI topcase on my Spyder ST and much nicer to use. The ability to shrink the case down to a much smaller size when there's not a helmet in it is mostly an aesthetic choice, but it does look much sleeker when it's collapsed down. With the tail-lights on the F3T being part of the side cases there's no visibility impact on the brake lights or signals. I also like that there's an integrated handle on the case so it can serve as a suitcase when I tour with it.

.......

That makes sense. I really didn't see it that way as I mostly drive on two lane roads.
