Today, Custom Dynamics® announced it has completed the asset purchase of No Magic Neon™ Inc. Based out of Lathem, NY No Magic Neon™ and Custom Dynamics® of Wake Forest, NY have had a long standing relationship, Custom Dynamics® has been the exclusive distributor of many of the No Magic Neon™ Street Magic® line of motorcycle accessories.
No Magic Neon™ designs and manufactures motorcycle accessories for Harley Davidson®, Metric, and Can-Am Spyder® motorcycles with a emphasis on motorcycle LED lighting. The company was founded in 2003 and has experienced significant growth every year since inception. Custom Dynamics® was founded in 2002 and is very well known for it's wide selection of high quality LED motorcycle lighting and accessories for all brands of motorcycles.
No Magic Neon™ will transition to ESI Cycle Products which will act as a engineering and design house for Custom Dynamics® and also provide internet sales of the Street Magic® line of Can-Am Spyder accessories. Custom Dynamics® will take over the manufacture and distribution of all NMN products. All existing NMN dealers will be transitioned to Custom Dynamics®

That was the offical press release that is going out, now the from Ev's mouth version....
With this sale I will now be able to focus far greater time to the development of new products in the role as an exclusive design house for future Street Magic® and NMN products for Custom Dynamics®.
Dave and I have long worked very closely, and beside being NMN's largest wholesale distributor, Dave has become one of my closest friends outside of Patti Jody and Lamonster.
ESI will no longer deal directly in anything but Spyder parts,(as I negotiated being able to still service the Spyder community directly in this deal) so as to not loose touch with all of you here, and still allow you to be able to go to "the horse's mouth" so to speak for service, parts and answers.
In business timing is everything. We felt this was a perfect time with all the new projects coming up for this season, and the development of a whole new line of RT parts, now was a good time to pass on the manufacturing and distributing role to Dave . IMHO he is one if the best in the motorcycle lighting and electronics world at these tasks.
So, although the NMN and Street Magic® trademarks will have a new home in NC at Custom Dynamics, ESI will still be serving Spyderlovers directly and with the sales and design of new cutting edge Spyder products.
So as always, ESI will still be developing the next generation of Street Magic® Spyder products as we have always done. Just once now developed, the manufacturing and distribution of these items will now be done by Custom Dynamics®.
