There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. I have to ask the obvious here.
Are you sure you have the right ones ?
MY 2020 and up is a different design from MY 2010-2019.
The installation should be pretty simple.
A photo might help.

Just my opinion, I could be wrong. If I am, somebody here will let me know about it.

I installed the grills on my wife's 2021 Sea to Sky and had no problem at all. I also installed the appropriate set on my 2015 RT-S without problem. The trick is insuring you have the correct ones because they are distinctly different.

No spyder pops but will try to watch Pierre’s way
It was the one for RT 2021

Looking at the Pierre video that was made for his style and brand of grille, it takes 2 screws in each grill and there's a close-up video with specific comments. With the Spyderpops Brand, their grill takes 5 screws in each grill and there is an instruction sheet that has vague comments. Don't see a video for a POPS 2020RT. The same POPS product is also sold (for $7 more on Lamonster).

Do they fit differently? Are they the same thing in design? Would it be easier to remove the Tupperware 'fin "piece first?

I would hate to drill 10 screw holes and it not fit. I wouldn't think that Lamonster would sell junk on his site.

WTH?

I installed similar grills. I had some decent instructions. There are like 5 clips you stick on, then install the grill against the clips, and then screw throw the meshing into the clips. You have to dry fit them so you have a good idea where the clips will be mounted.

yeah, the Pierre video tells you exactly where to put the clips, the pops instruction sheet doesn't. I just got my pops package and will dry fit first, but nervous as hell about drilling holes without specific measurements.

I didn't drill holes. My little hold down clips stuck on with some type of bonding agent in a stick that they gave me.

one of the issues some people have installing the KOTT grills is working the grill around the "Wing" in the grill area. When I bought my KOTT grills from Spyderpops I also bought the upper vent grills. To install the upper vent grills I had to take off three pieces of tupperware. Not very difficult, two popped off and one had three bolts and three push pins. The third piece of tupperware removed was attached to the frunk area and had part of the "Wing" in the front grill. I went ahead and positioned the block pegs for the KOTT grills and put the KOTT grill in place but did not tighten it down, yet. Tried as I might I could not screw the blocks into the tupperware. With the 3m glue and activator it appeared the blocks were not going anywhere so I left them installed without screws. There was no bending or lubricating the grill to fit around the wing. I replaced the tupperware part that had the upper vent grills installed and the wing just slide right into the KOTT grill opening. At that point I carefully installed the screws to hold to grill to the blocks and finished up with placing the last two tupperware parts back on.

Marklemark, please post some photos of exactly where you are having trouble. I got mine from Lamonster and install was easy following the instructions, apart from getting a couple of the fastening screws in.

Just installed SpyderPops version after reading the vague instructions in the box and watching the Pierre video of a different company's product. You'd think there would be a current video as both Pierre and Lamonster sell the same product. I slid them in first not wanting to drill anything if it didn't fit. Both grills slid in perfectly and firmly hold their place without the blocks and screws. So, for now I put that baggie of screws & blocks on my shelf.
