• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

20/21 RT - Battery Tender Plug

In the frunk. Wires routed over top of the battery cover. Never had a problem with pinched wires.

Thanks Monk……oh…..by the way…..thanks again for taking the time to make a video on panel removal for the RT…. It has been invaluable :2thumbs:

Mines in the frunk and there is a rubber plug I poked a whole in on the driver side and there is another one on the top right.
Why the battery cover?

Mine came installed in the frunk. I have installed a relay-switched, fused power plate under the left cover and moved the charger plug connection to the relays off contacts. So, connected to the battery until I turn the key on. Yes, I've blown up a tender by starting the bike with it still connected. Now the plug is located under the rider's seat.

That’s my old F3, Ken…..haven’t updated my photo yet. I actually got them from Tricled, but they are no longer a sponsor here. Lamonster sells them now.

So……where do YOU have your tender plug on your 20/21 RT ? Pete

Pete, I used to have the pigtail connected to the battery as others have done. I've since installed NOCO Genius 2 chargers IN the frunk; all I need then is an extension cord when I want to hook it up. Never forget to take it on a trip that way, plus it's much quicker than the old Battery Tender Jr. 750ma tenders! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07W3QSMF9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
