Had them installed when I bought the bike this past spring. From my perspective, the more lights the better. Run 'em during the day along with the high beam on the headlights.Just wondering who has the stock fog lights and if they like them? I'll probably be ordering a Spyder this week and the fog lights are something I am interested in as getting dealer installed at setup. When I look at pictures it seems I never seen folks with them installed.
Are they worth getting?

:agree:Even this caveman was able to install them-although it did take me a few hours.I have them and I like them too. I would recommend them for sure.
:agree::congrats: I have the fog lights and never use them !! Got HID lights from NMN 275-300 bucks and are 10 times better than stock and out shine the fog lights also because i got the HID head lights and the regular fog lights the two different intensities look odd on the :spyder2: . If i had to do it over again i wouldn,t have installed the fog lights, just leave the vents in for better cooling and air flow.
I have the HID lights and the fog lights. I like them. I even use them in daylight so I am more visible to other people. I believe you can't have too many lights for the visibility issue.
I just had the NMN headlights installed by my dealer and I have one with a blueish tint and the other is white. Cost me 80.00 to install, so emailed NMN and they said it is possible that one may be installed at an angle or another remote possibility is the bulbs might be different. Very disappointed so far.I've got them and like them. Had them put in as soon as I bought my Spyder. I don't see well at night so they definitely help. Roaddog has the NMN lighting setup going on - they light up even better - sort of a bluish tint too.

I have the fog lights they are very bright and work well we have a lot deer
out at night around here so the more light shining the better
You might want to consider deer whistles, they work great for other pests that might wonder onto the roadway.
Deer here are like squirrels - plentiful and all over the yard.
All over the parkway - I saw 5 that were hit w/in a 1 mile span on my way to school the other night.
I got the BRP fogs from ebay (new / never used) then I got the HID upgrade for both - fogs and headlights....
what a difference...
where did you get the HID upgrade from? I'm thinking of doing that also.
