can am driver backrest

can anyone tell me if the can am driver backrest has a adjustable screw like a mustang backrest for moving it forward or back,the mustang has a thumb knob screw in the rear of the backrest so you can adjust as your driving,looking at buying and need to know

yes it is adjustable.

When the Can-Am Drivers backrest first came out it did not have adjustment but you could get an upgrade kit from BRP to achieve this

If you haven't already bought the BRP backrest, I would look at what " Utopia " has for the F-3. I have owned quite a few Touring bikes and to every one, I have added a Utopia. IMHO it's the best backrest made …… good luck …. Mike hyea:

Yes, there is an adjustment screw. In fact I replaced the factory screw with a longer one in order to get enough forward lean to fit me.
