• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Well, after riding the Smokeys for a week, my rear tire is down past the wear bars in the center. Only got ~7k miles out of this one, over 12k on the first one :dontknow:.

I just ordered the Toyo T1R that Lamonster has on his online for $143.50 delivered and some more Ride-On. About the same price as the factory tire for a true performance tire.

I'll keep ya posted on my impressions when I get it installed.

What makes this tire a 'true performance tire' ?
What makes the OEM tire not a 'true performance tire' ???

How will this tire perform better?

Are you basing 'performance' on how long the tire lasts?
I would think a 'true performance' tire wouldn't last as long--- softer rubber wears quicker--- but grips better.:dontknow:

I get around 7-8K out of an OEM rear tire.

Thanks for the info---- will have to find the specs on the OEM tire and compare to see what the differences are.
