• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone posting pics from this year's Spyders in the Hills event in Texas? 2019??

Sorry, did not take pics. We were too busy riding this beautiful country. New venue this year in Kerrville was fantastic. Weather could not have been better. Thanks to all for a really wonderful time and a great Rally!

Announcement was made at the Banquet that they were looking for someone else to lead the event next year so doubt it was the last one.

Jack, the problem is the lack of new members in the local group. We are getting older and medical problems has heart our members. My wife and I where the leaders of Texas Spyders in the Hills this year, its a year long comment. We have taken a active part in this rally sense the very first one 7 years ago, we will miss it. l feel that someone will put a Ryde in together of next year. Just have to wait and see.

Camille and I have attended all of them and certainly do appreciate all the work it takes to put these together. This year was terrific and thank you and all who worked so hard for those of us who enjoyed it so much!

I traveled 1,350 miles each way to go to this event. It was well worth it. Fantastic venue, the best vendors, and very well organized. I went there to ride the hills and that's what I did. After the rides, the restaurants in Kerrville were very good.

As newbie's to the Spyder family my wife and I attended "Spyders in the Hills" for the first ever Rally event this year. The experience was awesome!! We rode the beautiful Hill Country and visited some great Cafe's, Wineries and Sites. The event was very well organized and it was apparent a lot of work had gone into the planning and execution. The vendors were were providing great service and product offerings as well a cheerful sharing of knowledge. Our Spyder got much needed workout as we cruised the valleys and hills, but we were so busy looking that our camera's didn't see much service. We made some new friends that hopefully we will get an opportunity to see again at future events. I certainly hope volunteers step up to fill the void so future newbie's have the opportunity to feel the warmth of the Spyder Community. Thanks to all those who made this event such a super experience. :2thumbs::clap::bowdown:

Anyone know the status of the 2 ladies that had the accident on 3 sisters? We passed the accident scene as the Helicopter was landing on the road. I have GoPro footage as we passed it.

After the crash, they brought the Ryker to me to inspect for damage. Found a small blemish in the front fender. The girl asked what to do. Repair, replace, or, make it a reminder to herself. Here is what she decided:
