• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F4 Customs – Happy but disappointed

I bought a F4 Customs windshield for my F3L last week. I received it and installed it. When I removed the cling wrap, I noticed it was scratched. Based on how I manipulated and installed it I can’t believe I did this myself. Obviously, I can’t prove it. So it’s a big conundrum. The instructions explicitly say to remove the wrap only after install and the product is sold as scratch resistant. I am lucky that as a solution it will work for my needs because now that it is scratched, I would have to take a big cut to resell it.

I contacted F4 Customs Thursday night, including a photo of the scratch, but they didn’t acknowledge my query.

So it’s a 50/50 experience. I am happy with the product as a solution for my needs but I am quite disappointed with the purchase experience.

Cheers,

J

Give them time to respond, they do a lot of rally's this time of year and it's most likely they just haven't got to your "query" yet.
Don rocks the house when it comes to customer service and standing behind the product he sells.
