• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know of a shop in the San Francisco east bay area that can install a Baja Ron bar?
I bought one but have no way to lift my Spyder to install it.

I'm in Antioch.

Any ideas or recommendations welcome.

Thanks !!

Little checking.....

Not familiar with your area but you can check with the local dealers in your neck of the woods as many will install them. Otherwise check with some other shops showing them the instructions from Ron which are easy to follow and clear. Maybe check with the spyders to the rescue crew some do mechanical work

Where do you get a Baja Ron Sway Bar? What color are they and how much?

All of the bars are powder coated black. Since you really can't see them when installed it makes little difference.

Depending on the model. The Heim Joint Links are more or less visible. They come in Red and Silver from me and other vendors. Black from Lamonster (though he may be out of them right now because I had run out of them).

I saw a post not too long ago about someone who rented aluminum ramps from Homedepot, put the ramps on the back of a pick up truck and then drove their spyder up the ramps and this provided enough lift to get the old bar out and new bar in. As long as you chock the rear tire I think it would be a safe way of doing it.

Give me a call I am east of you near Stockton

We used an engine lift. Straps on a arms close to the tires . Worked out great. Only lifted long enough to switch out the bar itself
