• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

If it's true that 75% of Spyder buyers are female, and if it's true that BRP reps read here, then please here this:

We need cuter, sexier tops and jackets! Stuff like they make for harley. I'm not into the stripes and sport look!

I would like to have some Spyder apparel, but have seen nothing I'd wear.

Thank you :2thumbs:

Oh my ..............AMEN!!!!!

I have been thinking that for some time. Maybe if we are loud enough they will hear us and make something attractive.!!:chat::agree::agree:

I wouldn't believe those numbers for a minute. I doubt women riders make up much more than 25% of all Spyder owners.

Maybe we can do a poll and find out?

Now that would be an interesting poll!!!!!

But I do agree with MizMuffet we could use some cuter spyder clothing. In our size!!!

copy rights

Is there copyrights by BRP if you don't use there name, image, symbols, etc. I thought about looking into this myself but was worried about lawsuits. I agree, cool clothes for men and women would be a nice option. My wife wanted me to get rid of the Spyder and get a Harley because she loves the clothing line that goes with the Harley image, I like them too. I see there are t-shirts out there to buy on this site, is that pre-approved or are people just doing it. Thank you for any legal advice anyone can advise me.

You can't use any official BRP logos or images. The shirts you see for sale out here don't use any of those items and don't attempt to give any impression of being 'official' BRP gear.

A drawing or custom art that you create should be fine - as long as it isn't attempting to look like official BRP logos or fonts. If you make something appear to be official BRP Spyder apparel-- that is where you can get into trouble.

I just wear my Harley :cus: when riding it have alot of years of collecting :cus: I do have one or two tee shirts though and wouldn't mind having a few more they should start doing dealer shirts been to a few dealers none of them have there name and location on back that would be a start thats how I ended up with years of Harley :cus::thumbup:

I agree with Roaddog2 -- I have TONS of Harley tee shirts (my husband has ridden Harley's for years). That's what I wear when I ride my Spyder. I figure I'd better use them up before I buy anything else!
