• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Yuma, AZ Ryde-In on-line registration

Pete, it is saying “sorry only 1 entry allowed”. I used his email, etc but did it on my phone.

Ann, the system is set up to prevent duplicate entries. Apparently it does this by recognizing the IP address of the device itself. It should work if you use a different device. You're not the only one who has had this issue.

is there a place we can go to see who is registered and if our registration went thru?

That's a good question. Presently, no because of potential privacy issues (i.e. I haven't asked registrants permission to make their info public). I can tell you that your registration went through. I think if you get a confirmation email you can pretty well be assured the registration went through. Those whose registration did not go through would not have received the confirmation email. And THOSE seem to be only folks who try to register a second person using the same device they used to register the first one.

Presently, we are up to 52 registered bikes, not including the 3 that I know of whose registration did not go through because of the above issue.

With passengers, that's 65 people so far

Ok, we will bring tools; if anyone else needs something, contact us. We need a bit of lead time for parts.

70 bikes registered as of this afternoon. About 85 people. Still have time to register if you haven't already. It's the only way to receive emailed info on rydes and other event info.

The email for the rydes just went out from MailChimp. If you are registered you should have received it. If not, please PM me. Thanks.

PS Check your spam folder just in case; that's where I found mine!

Registration is now closed for this event.

Everyone who registered for the event should have received 4 separate mailings with detailed info about the venue, the vendors, the rydes and points of interest, etc. It is really important that you read this info, have the ryde maps available to you on your phone (or printed out if that's your preferred method of keeping essential information available). There will be NO printed material at the event.

If anyone has not received all 4 mailings but has registered, please contact me at Spyder.Ryde.In at gmail.com ASAP. I'm on the road tomorrow (Tuesday) and will have limited ability to respond to individual requests.

We have a total of 120 registered bikes. The biggest Ryde-In yet. I suspect that's because it's so convenient to a lot of folks from California and Arizona.

WOW.....! 120 bikes is a good number. Look forward to seeing everyone. The weather looks a little wet for traveling on Thursday but the rest of the ryde-in looks good. Glad to be registered before it was full..... Jim

Its me again! Weather has reared its ugly head in my part of the world. I was hoping to get away and join the festivities but probably won't get to that part of the world till Saturday. Wondering if I showed up late that night would I be able to mingle?
